Welcome To The
Kings Arms Bridlington
Friendly Local Pub by the Sea

Our Story
Welcome to The Kings Arms, Bridlington
The Kings Arms is a traditional seaside pub steeped in local history. While detailed records are scarce — and often confused with our namesake in York — our story is one rooted right here in the heart of Bridlington.
Located on the pedestrianised King Street, home to the town’s bustling twice-weekly market, The Kings Arms has long been part of the fabric of the community. The building itself retains its classic character and charm, with its traditional exterior beautifully restored thanks to Heritage Lottery funding.
After being closed for several years, The Kings Arms is now entering an exciting new chapter. Under the ownership of James & Ben, the pub is being lovingly brought back to its former glory — just as it was in the days of the Tye family many years ago.
We’re proud to bring back everything that makes a great British pub — your favourite drinks, a warm and friendly atmosphere, and a proper pint at the bar. You can also look forward to a selection of cask ales and specials being introduced soon.
Come and be part of the revival — The Kings Arms is back.
